Madre Goccia is a white wine made from the very first pressing of the grapes, a characteristic that makes it extremely valuable. With a straw yellow colour, it has a floral, complex and soft aroma, with light notes of dried apricot and exotic fruit.

It is enhanced with first courses of fish, shellfish and seafood.
