Description:

The sardines are processed after maturing for at least 7 months. Subsequently, they are extracted from the salt and prepared, to be macerated with abundant spicy red chili pepper. A final short period of 7/10 days of maturing follows, before the product can be packaged.

The product is widely used on bread, croutons and as a condiment on pizzas.
