Garlic, Oil, and Chili Pepper… with a laugh!
The Dodaro Selection Ammazzasuocera jar: just the right amount of spicy (with a touch of humor, too!)
Who said a jar can't have character, personality, and a pinch of irony? Our Ammazzacuore Aglio, Olio e Peroncino is much more than just a preserve: it's a declaration of love for simple, flavorful, spicy cuisine... and for life with a touch of lightness!
An all-Italian story: pasta, family, and... mothers-in-law!
How many times, at the end of a long day, have you taken refuge in that classic dish that never fails: spaghetti aglio, olio e peperoncino? Three ingredients, a pan, and so much satisfaction.
And while the pasta sizzles in the pan, maybe someone talks... and talks... and talks (like a very talkative mother-in-law?). Enter our jar, affectionately nicknamed with a healthy dose of Calabrian spirit: Mother-in-law Killer! Don't worry, it's not a diabolical plan, just an irresistible mix that will... even silence your hunger!
But what's really inside?
In our spicy jar with an artisanal heart, you'll find select garlic, real Calabrian chili peppers, flavorful oil, and a whole lot of love. All prepared according to tradition, just like you would at home, with a smile-inducing label but a seriously tempting flavor.
It's perfect on:
- Improvised bruschetta with friends
- Quick but never boring pasta
- Appetizers that "break the ice"
- Spicy and fun gift ideas
Humor at the table never hurts
We don't want to offend any mothers-in-law, on the contrary! We invite everyone to try it and laugh about it, perhaps with a nice plate in front of them and a glass of wine by their side. Because the table is a place of joy, sharing, and true flavors, like those provided by every spoonful of Ammazzasuocera.
Want to try something new?
Give yourself or someone else the Ammazzasuocera Dodaro Selection jar: it's delicious, makes you smile, and everyone agrees (even your mother-in-law, come on!).
"Mother-in-Law Killer" Pasta with Garlic, Oil, and Chili Pepper
(…a spicy recipe, but made with love!)
Our graphic designer wanted to exaggerate: tell us if he should be fired or promoted!!!
Have you had a long day, the fridge is crying, and your mother-in-law is coming over for a chat? Don't worry, the solution is just a jar away.
We present to you his majesty: Mother-in-Law Killer Pasta. Ready in 10 minutes, loved by those who know how to eat with style and perfect for silencing any mouth (not only for the taste, but also for the decisive spiciness!).
Here's how to make it like a true Calabrese DOC.
Ingredients for 2 people and/or 1 mother-in-law (optional):
- 180 g spaghetti (better if rough, like some mother-in-law jokes)
- Undefined "generous" teaspoons of Ammazzasuocera Dodaro Selection
- A drizzle of extra virgin olive oil (if you really want, but the jar is already very tasty!)
- A pinch of salt (just enough, life is salty enough already)
- Chopped fresh parsley (optional, if you want to give yourself a tone)
"Anti-boredom" procedure:
- Put water on to boil. If you have a chatty mother-in-law nearby, listen and nod. Feign interest while you wait for it to boil.
- Drop the pasta and salt it like the passive-aggressive jokes you've been receiving since Christmas.
- Meanwhile, in a non-stick pan, pour two (or even three or four!) generous teaspoons of our jar. No chopping, no onion weeping, or smelly hands: the mix is ready, tasty, balanced, and explosive just right.
- When the pasta is al dente, drain it (but not completely: keep a drop of the cooking water) and toss it in the pan with the Ammazzasuocera.
- Toss it for a minute, stir with a smile, and, if you like, add parsley. Or not. You're the boss in the kitchen.
Tip from a Calabrian gourmet:
Pair the dish with a glass of red wine and a good dose of irony.
If your mother-in-law likes it, you can become best friends. If he doesn't like it, we'll leave some for you!
This isn't just pasta, it's an emotional experience. It's the pleasure of simple but well-made cuisine. It's the desire to smile at the table, even when life needs... an extra relative.
Enjoy your meal from Dodaro Selection.
And remember: eat nice, eat Calabrian!
